Easy Pork Tenderloin and Veggies

Ingredients:

6 oz Cooked Pork Tenderloin (1 leaner)

1 oz Mexican Cheese (1 healthy fat)

1/2 cup Diced tomatoes (1 green)

1/2 cup Green beans (1 green)

1 cup Chopped lettuce (1 green)

1/4 tsp salt (1 condiment)

1/2 tsp ground pepper (1 condiment)

Directions:

1. Assemble Salad as shown.

2. Place raw pork chops on a baking sheet, season with salt & pepper, and bake at 400 F for 25 minutes.

3. Serve with green beans and enjoy!
